TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully before ordering.

Placing an order signifies you have read and agree to our policies.

 

CREDIT CARD ORDERS

We are not responsible for delays in order processing due to declined credit cards. If your credit card is declined, we will notify you as soon as possible regarding the issue.

 

CHECK ORDERS

Check orders will ship once payment clears the bank. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

 

SALES TAX

California residents will be charged sales tax in the amount of 7.5%.
San Francisco county residents will be charged sales tax in the amount of 8.75%.

No Sales tax in other states and international orders.

 

AGE REQUIREMENT

You must be 18 and over to order. If you are under 18, a parent's signature must accompany the order. Verification of such will be made. It is our intention to provide products to anyone for a better health-being purpose. We reserve the right to not sell products to any individuals if we do not feel confident as to its use. Additionally, we do not assume responsibility in any form or manner as to your use of products.

 

SHIPPING AND HANDLING POLICY

All orders are shipped via UPS. There are no shipments on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Local customers may save shipping costs by picking up orders.  Local order pickup requires 3-4 hours lead time during normal business hours. All efforts are made to ship orders the same day they are received; however, this is not always possible due to order volume, so please allow at least one business day to process your order. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Do not count these days towards your total ship time. Point of departure is California. If you live on the East Coast, your ship time is 5 business days in transit after the day the order ships, which does not include processing time in our warehouse. If you need your shipment by a certain date, please allow sufficient time for your order to reach you. Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day deliveries are available, should you need expedited service. We do not ship UPS Collect, UPS Third Party, or to UPS Account #'s other than our own. Please understand all ordering and shipping procedures before you place your order.

 

International Shipping and Canadian Customers

UPS Worldwide Express is used for all International orders except Canada. Orders to Canada are shipped UPS Standard. International customers are responsible for all Customs/Duty tax and brokerage fees for orders.

 

Package Damage or Shortages

If upon receipt of your order, any items are damaged or missing, please take a photo of the damaged products and you must contact us within 2 business days. Please save the damaged items and the original packaging. These must be available in order for us to file a claim with UPS.  If these are disposed of prior to settlement of the claim with UPS, we will be unable to reship the replacement product.

 

Returns

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. A 20% restocking fee, plus the cost of shipping the product back, will be incurred.  Any product that has been opened cannot be returned. Please contact us for a return authorization. If a package is refused at time of delivery, the restocking fee will apply. We are not responsible for shipping delays and cannot reimburse for shipping expenses.

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Fanteastic believes that confidential information should remain confidential. We only use your personal information for the purpose of filling your orders and communicating with you regarding your order. We never sell or share your personal information with other companies. If you wish to receive promotional information regarding specials and new products, please sign up for this service on our home page.

 

LIABILITY/DISCLAIMER

All products are offered in good faith but without guarantee. Purchasers will, by their own tests and evaluations, determine suitability of such products for their specific use. We assume no liability for damage and/or injury resulting from the use of products supplied by this company. In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages resulting from loss of use or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use/suitability of products. While we test all products, we cannot make any guarantee that these products will be suitable with everyone. Instructions or tips we offer are from our own personal experiences. We cannot guarantee that these will work in your particular circumstances. All prices and policies are subject to change without notice.
